central location and helpful staff

i stayed at this hotel for four nights. the staff were very helpful and kind. the resort offers free bikes to explore the surrounding area, and i took advantage of this. i also enjoyed the private deck with a day bed overlooking the pool area.
the noise from the corridors was quite noticeable, it reminded me of i could hear people coming directly into my room. the sound quality wasn't great at all.

great hotel experience

helpful staff friendly staff
The location is good and it is right next to the sunday night walking street. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the public spaces are partially open. I felt the outside temperature.
i kept tripping because of uneven ground everywhere, even stepping down in to the bathroom. there is no elevator so roller bags are difficult. breakfast was mediocre.

staff were great too help me get my phone back after i left it in a cab. they offered a welcome drink and ensured a very early check-in. the staff attitude was fantastic.

a mixed experience with some issues

loud air conditioner poor upkeep
the staff were very kind to carry our luggage. staff speak english very well also.
i was quite disappointed. the rooms look tired with loud air conditioners. the upkeep of the hotel needs attention, and the images on the website don't fully reflect reality.

the staff were very helpful with directions.
The room was not very soundproof. I heard noise from the hallway often! the air conditioning unit was also quite loud! it made it difficult to sleep soundly.
